TenderReader
AI tender pack reader for UK & French suppliers. In development
What it does
Public tender packs are long. A typical invitation-to-tender runs to dozens of pages across multiple documents — a procurement notice, a specification, a pricing schedule, eligibility declarations and scoring annexes. For a small supplier without a bid team, reading all of that before deciding whether to bid is itself a half-day job, and most tenders turn out to be a poor fit once you reach the eligibility criteria on page 34.
TenderReader reads the full pack and produces a structured briefing: submission deadline and key milestone dates, eligibility requirements and any hard pass/fail gates, scoring criteria with their weightings, the buyer's priorities as expressed in the specification, and a bid-fit assessment based on your company profile. The goal is to give a supplier everything they need to make a go/no-go decision in minutes rather than hours — before any bid-writing time is committed.
TenderReader covers procurement documents from UK portals (Find a Tender, Contracts Finder) and French public procurement (BOAMP, PLACE), making it useful for bilingual suppliers operating across both markets.
Who it's for
UK and French small businesses, consultancies and sole traders that respond to public-sector procurement without a dedicated bid manager. Particularly useful for suppliers who receive tender alert emails and want to filter them quickly, and for those who have historically under-invested in bid decisions — spending hours reading packs for contracts they were never realistically going to win.
