What it does
PenaltyProof watches the filing calendar for every client company an accountant looks after and raises the alarm before anything is missed. It covers the deadlines that actually generate penalties — Companies House confirmation statements and annual accounts, VAT returns, Corporation Tax, payroll, Self Assessment, MTD ITSA, pension and charity filings, plus newer ECCTA obligations — and sends email alerts 30, 14 and 7 days before each one falls due. Instead of a fragile master spreadsheet, the practice gets one feed of upcoming deadlines across the whole client list.
